Welcome to Sports Finder ("we," "us," "our"), operated at sportsfinder.dev. By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Sports Finder.

1. Description of Service

Sports Finder is a free tool that aggregates publicly available sports schedule and broadcast information to help users find where to watch live games across multiple leagues and providers. We display game times, scores, broadcast network names, and channel numbers based on user-selected cable, satellite, or streaming TV providers.

Sports Finder does not stream, broadcast, or host any sports content. We are an informational guide only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or use Sports Finder. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features (such as saving favorite teams, selecting a TV provider, and viewing personalized channel information), you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the service.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the service or extract data from it, except as expressly permitted by us.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, resell, or exploit any portion of the service for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software comprising Sports Finder are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Sports Finder name and logo are our trademarks.

Game schedules, scores, team names, team logos, and broadcast information are the property of their respective leagues, teams, networks, and data providers. Sports Finder displays this information under fair use for informational purposes and does not claim ownership of third-party content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Sports Finder for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Third-Party Data and Accuracy

Sports Finder aggregates data from third-party sources, including public sports APIs and broadcaster information. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any game schedule, score, broadcast network, or channel number displayed on the service.

Channel numbers vary by geographic region, TV provider, and package tier. The channel numbers displayed are defaults for common configurations and may not match your specific setup. You can customize your channel numbers within the service.

We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes in third-party data, including last-minute broadcast changes, blackout restrictions, or schedule modifications by leagues or networks.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SPORTS FINDER IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPORTS FINDER, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE;
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE;
  • INACCURATE SCHEDULE, SCORE, BROADCAST, OR CHANNEL INFORMATION;
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sports Finder and its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Sports Finder (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Sports Finder after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sports Finder regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior agreements.
